Guardians of Polish & Christian Heritage

As “Guardians of Polish & Christian Heritage”, our mission is to safeguard and promote the values fundamental to our culture and identity. In light of recent local events, we wish to share our concerns and the measures we are undertaking to protect our shared heritage.

We recently received a report concerning a resolution passed by the Poznan City Council (No. PU 1949/23 on 16 January 2024), which, in our view, inexcusably infringes upon Christian values, foundational to our societal life. Given our beliefs and mission, we could not overlook content that facilitates a path to a wide range of legally prohibited activities such as demoralisation, paedophilia, the promotion of pornography, lewd acts, and the like.

Therefore, we resolved to submit an intervention letter to the Wielkopolska Voivode, expressing our profound concern and opposition to the promotion of ideologies and behaviours that contravene Christian morality. Our initiatives aim not only to defend Christian values, legally protected, but also to shield our children from influences that could lead to demoralisation and the erosion of the values underpinning the Christian community, rightfully protected by law.

In our correspondence, we addressed our objection to the propagation of LGBT+ ideologies, among other practices, which contravene both Christian morality and the prevailing law. We believe the family, as the fundamental social unit, should be where children are educated in the values handed down by our forebears.

Our endeavours are driven by concern for our society’s future and the desire to preserve our heritage from destructive influences. This issue is of both moral and legal significance to us. The equality policy revealed stands in contradiction to inviolable values and norms, penalised under Polish law.

As an organisation committed to the guardianship of Polish and Christian heritage, we feel obliged to act when we perceive threats to Christian group values. Thus, our letter to the Wielkopolska Voivode symbolises our dedication to defending constitutionally protected values, yet institutionally violated.

We urge all our readers to support our efforts and to actively engage in safeguarding our collective heritage. Together, we can forge a future where Christian and national values continue to form the bedrock of our society.

Facing the challenges to our heritage, every act of support holds immense value. As an organisation centred on the protection and promotion of Polish and Christian values, both domestically and abroad, we rely on continuing and expanding our activities. Your support aids in building a robust community that stands vigilant over the values at the core of our identity.

Enclosed is the Intervention Letter sent to the Wielkopolska Voivode, along with responses from the Office. We will keep you updated on the case’s progress.

Intervention Letter – PDF sent to the Wielkopolska Voivode on 14 March 2024

The document titled “Intervention Letter” is a formal complaint issued by the organisation “Guardians of Polish & Christian Heritage” to the Voivode of Wielkopolska, Mrs. Agata Sobczyk. Dated 14 March 2024, this document expresses the organisation’s grave concerns and objections towards the Poznań City Council’s Resolution No. PU 1949/23 of 16 January 2024. The organisation contends that the resolution severely infringes upon Christian values, which are deemed essential for societal life and are legally protected.

The letter articulates that the resolution facilitates behaviours and ideologies contrary to Christian morality, including demoralisation, paedophilia, the promotion of pornography, lewd acts, among others. It argues that such content opens the door to a wide range of legally prohibited activities, thereby endangering the moral fabric of society, particularly affecting children and the Christian community at large.

The “Guardians of Polish & Christian Heritage” call upon the Voivode to take immediate action against the said resolution, highlighting its contradiction to Polish law and Christian values. The letter emphasises the family’s role as the fundamental social unit for imparting values to children and expresses a desire to protect society’s future and heritage from destructive influences.

The organisation stands firm in its belief that the revealed equality policy contradicts inviolable values and norms, calling for a defence of constitutionally protected values that are currently being institutionally violated. The letter concludes with an appeal to readers for support in their efforts to safeguard their collective heritage and ensure that Christian and national values continue to be the cornerstone of society.

This detailed intervention letter is a testament to the organisation’s commitment to upholding Christian values and legal protections within Polish society.
