🇵🇱 Poland’s 2025 Presidential Election – Power Without Mandate, A Nation Silenced
Over the past weekend, Poland held what should have been a democratic celebration – its presidential election. Instead, the election revealed an alarming disintegration of democratic norms. Our organisation, Guardians of Polish & Christian Heritage, issues an official position:
🛑 These were not democratic elections.
⚠️ The Erosion of Electoral Integrity
We are documenting and filing formal complaints to international institutions over:

Systemic media discrimination against candidate Grzegorz Braun,
-
Organised disinformation campaigns aimed at discrediting him,
-
Complete obstruction of equal access to broadcast media, violating both Polish law and international standards.
Despite being blocked from major public and private media outlets, Braun still received 6.3% of the vote. Expert estimation suggests that with equal exposure, he could have secured 18–22%, potentially advancing to a second round.
📜 Violations of International and Constitutional Commitments
Poland has gravely breached:

The 1990 Copenhagen Document (OSCE) – clause 7.8 on equal media access,

Article 2 of the Polish Constitution – rule of law,

Article 10 – separation of powers,
-
The EU Charter of Fundamental Rights,
-
The ICCPR (UN International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights).
The result was not a free election, but a managed media operation disguised as a vote.
🧨 The Tusk Junta – A Political Coup
The current power structure in Poland acts as a quasi-authoritarian regime, illegitimately installed via a manipulated process, propped up by EU and especially German political and media influence. It does not represent the will of the Polish Nation.
This is not democracy. It is a media-backed coup.

We call upon:

OSCE, the UN, the European Union – to urgently investigate the legality of Poland’s 2025 election,

The United States Senate – to respond with diplomatic and political action,

All free nations and civil societies – to stand in solidarity with silenced Polish voters.
